It is rare today to find anyone who does a job well - to my surprise these guys were excellent from start to finish - on time and remarkable clean they picked up everything as they went and when they completed the job they even went over the yard with a magnet to pick up any nails they may have dropped and then they blew off any dabris that was left on the walks and driveway and the roof look great- very professional done!

My experience with Good Neighbor Roofing was great from beginning to end. Pablino and his crew did a great job on installing my new roof and gutters. Besides doing a quality job, they were very professional, responsive, and reasonably priced. Pablino listened to my concerns and ideas and is one of the nicest contractors I've worked with. Good Neighbor Roofing provided a comprehensive solution to replace my aging roof.  Their proposal was very descriptive and transparent.  Other roofers hid their proposals behind a flashy salesman and sales pitch. Good Neighbor made no attempt to up sale me on some product or another.  Their standard proposal included the same scope and materials as the "upgrade" the other contractors were pushing but theirs was considerably more reasonably priced. Their installation crew were very friendly, even taking some moments to throw the tennis ball for our overly eager dog. If you want to pay more for the salesman to show up in his Tesla and give you a fancy presentation on his iPad, by all means, go with the other guys.  But if you want an equal or better product for thousands less - yes I said thousands - and avoid the shwarmy sales pitch, give Good Neighbor a call.

They did a fantastic job replacing my roof and gutters. Their work was top-notch from beginning to end. Their initial estimate spelled out everything in detail so I knew exactly what I was getting, but they were also flexible in making adjustments as the project went along.  Pablino and the team are very professional, respectful, and punctual; they are the nicest people and their prices are also very reasonable. I have used Good Neighbor Roofing for 5 different projects, ranging from simple residential patching to full tear off and new shingles to replacing gutters and soffit.  I also used them on my 7500 sq ft commercial building replacing a TPO membrane insulated roof, it turned out beautiful. They are VERY skilled, even more polite and professional. I have recommended them to numerous people. Their prices are very reasonable and usually 25%+ below the competition. Pablino (owner) is one of the nicest and most professional people I have ever met.
